In 2016, Sarah Brookes was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition Hashimoto Thyroiditis. But instead of being knocked down by the enormous challenge in front of her, Sarah pulled all her energy and resources into figuring out the best ways to manage her condition. After a long struggle, she managed to reduce her symptom markers by 80% and went on to help others do the same. 

Now she is a certified Nutritional Therapist and AIP coach. She is graduated with CNM Naturopathic Nutrition Diploma Course and is recognised by the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and General Naturopathic Council.

Recently, Sarah came on board as the health coach for Autoimmune Institute Advanced Health Coaching programme. She is an experienced industry professional since January 2019 and has more than 2 years of experience in helping her clients achieve their health goals. She aims to dedicate her life to helping more and more people live well with chronic and autoimmune conditions.

It is her belief that with the right tweaks in diet, lifestyle and environment, the body and mind will get everything it needs in order to function at its best.

Sarah is a Registered Nutritionist & AIP Coach. She has graduated with DipCNM, mANP, rGNC and recognised by Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and General Naturopathic Council.
