HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PRODUCT(S) WILL BE DELIVERED?
You'll get an email reminder from us a couple of days before we are due to post your order out to you, giving you plenty of time to contact us if you wantto make any changes. You'll also be able to log in to your account to see all of this information at any time you wish.
CAN YOU CHANGE THE DATE OF YOUR DELIVERY?
Yes, you can. You can do this through your account or you can just send us an email and we will sort it out for you. This is great if you know you're going on holiday, for example, and you're not going to be around to accept a delivery.
WHAT IF I HAVENT USED UP MY PREVIOUS ORDER?
If you find you've got more product than you need, so maybe you have been away and you haven't used up all of your last pot, not a problem. You can skip your next delivery or, again, you can contact us and we can change the next delivery date for you so you don't need to worry about building up too much product.
CAN I CHANGE HOW OFTEN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERIES?
If you need to change the frequency of your deliveries, you can do this as well through your account or you can send us an email. Through the website, you can set it to deliver every two, three, four, five, or six, eight or twelve weeks. If you need to set a frequency different from that, again, just drop us an email and we will sort that out for you.
CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?
If you want to add a new product to your order, be it for a one-off or part of your regular monthly, you can do this through your account or, again, you can just send us an email.
IS IT EASY TO CANCEL IF I NEED TO?
This is the most common question we get from people before they sign up and so we have made sure we've made this as simple as possible. You can absolutely cancel your subscription at any time. We do not tie you in with some strange terms in our terms and conditions of 126.96.36.199, where you have to give us lots of notice. Just drop us an email or you can do it through your account right up until the day that we're dispatching your order. If you see the order come through and you've changed your mind and you don't need it, just send us an email and we'll sort that out for you. Simple!
